What we can and cannot act on
Wager Landmark is an editorial comparison site. We hold no player accounts, run no games and process no money, which means a whole category of problems simply cannot be solved from this end — and pointing you straight at the right place is more useful than a holding reply.
Worth sending to us: a detail on the site that has gone out of date, a studio that has left or joined a lobby, an app that no longer exists, a factual error, a question about how a verdict was reached, or an editorial or partnership enquiry from an operator.
Not something we can help with: anything involving your account with an operator — registration, identity verification, a bonus that did not credit, a settled or voided bet, closing an account, or a complaint about how you were treated. Those all sit with the operator's own support team, and if the answer is unsatisfactory the next step is its alternative dispute resolution provider, which every UK-licensed operator has to name in its terms.

Corrections to factual detail are welcome from anyone, including you, and they get made regardless of whether there is a partnership in place.
If you would rather a brand were not listed at all, say so and we will remove it. We would rather have a shorter comparison than an unwilling participant in it.

A small independent editorial team in the United Kingdom.
